"In 2019, we honor women who have led efforts to end war, violence, and injustice and pioneered the use of nonviolence to change society.

In celebration of Women's History Month, the Press Club of Delaware Count featured  speaker Kathleen A. Piperno, an attorney who practices exclusively in Family Law and serves as a strong advocate for victims of domestic violence. While passionate about many causes, Kathleen devotes much of her personal time to community service.

Kathleen's presentation to Press Club attendees was most empowering, her well received message was one that we hail in striving to achieve our greatest selves, to live out our purpose, and to do so with courage. Kathleen is a "Warrior," she commands presence and she actively pursues her objective in ensuring justice and finding peace."
